碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 會計所 === 94 === Key Success Factors of the Implementation of e-Learning through ASP: A Delphi Study Abstract The study conducted a Delphi study to understand key success factors of the implementation of e-Learning through ASP (application service provider). Factors from five dimensions including: planning and analysis, evaluation on suppliers, coordination and contract maintenance, outsourcing relationship management, and e-Learning system characteristics, were examined. The results indicate that business strategy, business operation and management, external environment (planning and analysis dimension), external influence, supplier operation and management, service quality (evaluation on suppliers dimension), agreement on contract and service level (evaluation on suppliers dimension), strategic management, communication skill (outsourcing relationship management dimension), system installation and management, and user training (e-Learning system characteristics dimension) are key success factors of the implementation of e-Learning through ASP.
