It forced women leave the job and entered into the family, after leaving the labor market, the rate of getting back to the job market is not high.
For this reason, we want to understand which policies or measures involvement the government can have, to improve the awkward situation that both ends of married woman's candle burn, the career can not break down because of relation of getting married and bearing. This thesis will be on the basis of existing policies, and analysis how to promote women to obtain employment further.
This research will go on by way of counting analysis and interview, probe into involvement on, “Communal Nurse System”, to lighten women ask burden that childcare result women's obtaining employment produce. Interview the planning unit (Children Bureau Ministry of Interior) that “Communal Nurse System”, Sponsor ( All social offices of county and municipal governments) , associations of “Communal Nurse System”.
Research results, babysitter takes 40- 49 years old as the core at age, mostly employment of two degrees woman; The academic credentials take duty of high school as the core; 1.5- 1.8 ten thousand N.T. is a main fact to charge equally; The community protects the mother support the system pursues the area with better state and takes city as the core. “Communal Nurse System” relies mainly on holding protecting the mother of the certificates, to improve children look after quality have certain help, to promote women employment respect remain detailed statistics examine still.
