However; Maxist criticize the positive function of education, they regard education as the tool of social reproduction.We can find school are controlled by middle-up class ,and are against labor class students. The research mainly examine the phenomena of class reproduction in Taiwan, and understand the relationship among family social-economic backgrounds, schooling and students’ academic achievement. According to the research motivation, the goals are below: 1.To examine the degrees of connection between western reproduction theories and resistent culture theories and Taiwanese educational situation. 2.To explore the relationship between family social-economic backgrounds, and students academic achievement. 3.To explore the relationship between schooling and students' academic achievement. 4.To propose some practicable suggestions for parents, educational reforms and further studies. In order to gain these aims, the research use observation and interview to correct information.To observe a class of a private high school to understand the relationship between schooling and students academic achievement.To interview about twenty students who are valenteers.The result of the research are below: 1.The relationship between family social-economic background, and students academic achievement are closed, the most important fact is the social capital , which is interaction between parents and children. 2.The view of parents to children’s education are technical education and go to work. 3.Family are lack of all kinds of research to help student study. 4.Schooling hide many unfair phenomena. 5. Teachers have middle-up class view and treat labor class students in bad manners. 6.The teaching ability of teachers make students unsatisfied and make students give up learning. 7.Students cannot study shool curriculum. 8. Students and teachers conflict frequently. Students develop a series behaviors to resist teachers.
