Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 機械工程所 === 94 === Micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) fabrication technology has development fast and are applied different respect, such as optoelectronics , chemical, biomedical, mechanical, aerial, etc. Measuring prothrombin time with the automated blood coagulation analyzer is expensive. So we can use the biochip which have characteristics of miniaturization, high-speed, easy to use and low cost, the measurement of automatic blood coagulation analyzertransforms use the mocro-biological chip(length 9 mm × width 7 mm) measure.
In this research, we design a bio-chip which use the plasma and reagent's surface tension of channel to drive in the micro-channel and to treat about mixing condition. Because plasma mix with reagent between the molecular linkage knot and produces the time variation of fibrin clot, so we can find the prothrombin time with through-intensity measurement and optical-measure system.
