Public hospitals carried the weight of designated SARS control roles on their shoulders. The selected case is a member of military hospitals. As the coming of globalization, popularities of new and developing infectious diseases may be often all the rage in the future. In order to correspond to diseases, settlements of key hospitals are how the wind is blowing. This study tried to discuss the procedures for quarantines missions in terms of crisis processing such as quarantines paths, sickrooms, deliveries, crisis drills, and communications with the community. This study expects to raise some findings and suggestions, which can help other hospitals to take these as a reference when they carry on similar missions. The method was case study. The main sources of data were interviews, but otherwise inner documents, related journals and media reports were right hand. Findings: 1.This study anticipates discussing organization behaviors which veteran hospitals carry out quarantine missions, and finds that veteran hospitals have its unique behaviors. 2.About policy making: The case had “co-governments” style, and policy makers were elites-oriented. 3.About mission implements: The hospital gave a poor account of it in the early, but tried to be on the right track later. 4.About crisis communications: Facing rumors, the managers worked their fingers to the bone, but delivered the goods finally. According to these findings, this study also listed some policy recommendations to offer other hospitals as a reference when these carry on similar missions, who are need to mobilize in crisis.
