(2) examine the difference between the interactive strategies of community college adult teachers caused by different factors. (3) study the difference between the teaching satisfaction of community college adult teachers caused by different factors. (4) analyze the correlation between the interactive strategies and teaching satisfaction of community college adult teachers. (5) explore the possibility of predicting the teaching satisfaction of community college adult teachers based on their interactive strategies. (6) according to above conclusions, suggestions were offered to administration organization and advanced researchers. This study used the questionnaire research method. The effective sample size was 376 pieces of the questionnaire .We had examined the data by using the Statistic Descriptive, t-test,One-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s Product-moment Correlation. The results of the statistical analysis were concluded : 1. The interactive strategies of community college adult teachers is above average. They have the highest score of『feedback interactive』. 2. The teaching satisfaction of community college adult teachers is above average, too. They get the best score of『contiuning learning』. 3. The interactive strategies of community college adult teachers were related to age, level of education, teaching experience and professional training. 4. The teaching satisfaction of community college adult teachers were related to age, teaching classification, teaching experience and professional training. 5. There is significant correlation between interactive strategies and teaching satisfaction of community college adult teachers. 6. The teaching satisfaction can be predicted based on teachers’ interactive strategies. This study made a suggestion to administrative departments, adult teacher, as well as future studies.
