Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 企業管理所 === 94 === The Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling Problems (RCPSP) have been studied extensively in the project management literature. The RCPSP involves scheduling project activities in such a way that the precedence relationships among activities are satisfied, resource conflicts are resolved and the project completion time (makespan) is minimized. In addition, many efficient solution procedures have been developed, and some of these techniques have already been commercialized. However observing what practitioner schedules the project and collecting materials from the newspaper, magazines, and journal articles, we identify a number of important aspects of project. Among these aspects, resource availability and milestone are two of the most important issues. They are seldom mentioned in the existing literatures. Hence we use the mathematical programming method to construct our models which take into account the resource availability and milestone as well as the other traditional considerations. We hope our models may offer enterprisers more information to make decisions. Not only the basic projects scheduling and resource allocation but also the resource scheduling and resource availability are included. In addition, we also verify and test our models through a number of case projects with different number of activities and resources.
