But before using satellite images and air-photo images, it need some appropriate image processing. It cost most time and manpower on requiring remote-sensing ground control points and rectifying. We can not obtain ortho-photo with good precision on insufficient ground control points.
In this research, for solving produce accurate Digital Terrain Model（DTM）, we use Seven-parameter Transform and math model between two data sets are solved for without point-to-point correspondence. It can avoid the datum not the same between ground control points and Digital Terrain Model.
The result can provide for mapping or judging staff. It also promote the image accuracy after ortho-rectifying, and draw many kinds of topography maps. We will also produce some related images and increase the image precision.
