Due to the incomplete information and insufficient database of common equipment, the strategy of spare parts for common equipments still needs a progressive improvement. In order to obtain a précised stored quantity of common equipment with limited budgets, it is necessary to integrate the logistics management strategy. This research is based on the F-level maintenance data of Hammer motors, which is trying to find out critical spare items with limited support operating records of common equipments. Furthermore, this research wants to find out the failure model of common equipments. Based on the target availability, this research tries to calculate the reasonable stored quantity of spares.During the research process, not only establishes a availability but also combines the purchase procedure and reasonable availability.
