The research report is a case by the fire in Hsichih Eastern Science Park. To depend on collecting basic data of building, and inquiring about emergency rescuer of accident and investigating the root cause of conflagration, and appraisal specialist at fire. Moreover through by laws and regulations and records confer on the tall buildings and great mansions fire fighting and emergency rescue management. To use the software “CFAST” of computerize fire area mode, simulating the situation at that time in the fire field, analyzing various change of the parameter setup. To compare the confer simulation result reciprocally, and choose the best fire prevention design and measures. The fire control safety engineering design not only in accordance with the Lows of fire control, but also immutable and frozen. It needs to be reach the specific secure level and depends on the safe of fire control. According to the growing modes of fire field, and considered inflammation behavior and inflammation product.
