Several works have also discussed in knowledge storage and knowledge query, but they only focus on one of three major steps of knowledge engineering, namely knowledge modeling, knowledge storage and knowledge querying. Integrating these steps for modeling knowledge base has not yet been addressed. This article examines the properties of various modeling for providing an integration approach on implementing these steps of knowledge engineering, and applies this approach on E-commerce knowledge Base. We first use the UML Active Diagram and Drawing to model procedure and statement knowledge, and then use KCKU graph to storage and pack knowledge into XML. The semantic maps and knowledge maps help on representing knowledge querying with the structure of knowledge engineering. Accordingly, the knowledge can be reused facilely and significantly.
