Most of all the scale of Taiwanese enterprises are small, but they are still remain strong in the international market. One of the reasons is that Taiwanese enterprises always have well-established relationships to division of labor or cooperate with one another, that may creating its value and activities to obtain the economic scale.
In real circumstances, enterprise could not have all resource on their own, and it becomes a critical issue that how to improve the performance by cooperating with others(sub-contractor),in this issue,「how to choose」is supposed to be 「Lesson one」.
The objective of this research is to approach that how to choose a sub-contractor who qualified and fit in with requirement. Regarding measuring the dimensions of manufacturing advantages, they are based on the quality of product、cost of price、delivery date、flexibility of process and renovation or research as the five dimensions for analysis.
As for organizational progress, it will be measured by its revenue、growth rate、profit rate、and production capabilities;in another way,we design an examination table for supplier or out sub-contractor of out sourcing to differentiate which is ideally、qualified、or unqualified that we can take for reference.
We use a living example,to inquire about and investigate,judge the suppliers(or sub-contractor) operational performance,after depth interviews, we provide an analysis、result and also suggestion,and hope it may become a reference for industrialist.
