The researcher hopes to understand the general status as to how the resource distribution is within the community, the operation of Community Development Association, the mindset of a schoolteacher in local education and the thoughts of community residents on community development. Moreover, the researcher hopes to experience and analyze the partnership between local education and community development, its interplay, its mutual benefit and its striving for a chance to break through. In the process of editing local community resources for teaching materials and field study with in-depth interview right in this community, the researcher aims to gain the above understandings. That is, using a case example to explore how do a community with neither strong coherence nor good executive power and a ‘happy but selfish’ school work together. In multiple cooperation of combining local education and community development, both of them try to find the win-win strategy. By the integration of local education and community development and by presenting the situation in which communities and schools work hard alone without the acknowledgement in the other side in the last decade, this study is set out to examine, reflect and offer some possible constructive solutions for better cooperation.
