Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 環境與安全工程系碩士班 === 93 === This research discuss removing nitrogen and phosphorus with plant growth in a land treatment system in the natural environment and harvest on a regular time. To observe climate environmental factor regarding the plant growth situation influence and the water quality purification change , and appraise relation between harvesting plants and the water quality purifies the relations. The result of the research can be a reference to other researchers, while they constructing new land treatment systems in other topics.The result finding the removing efficiency is better when hydraulic retention time(HRT) be more long, it is may the water and soil plant root system microbiology phase interaction time longer. The removing efficiency has obviously lower after the plant harvests previous two days, at third ~ sixth day the nutrition salt absorption effect obviously to increase. When the temperature is higher, the removing efficiency increase as necessary in harvests area. Plant grows slowly in winter, it causes the nutrition salt relatively to reduce by the use opportunity, the nitrate nitrogen is most obvious. After harvests, to compare the pH value with the input flow point and not harvest aera, and the reference old times same time the material, demonstrated has the better water treatment effect.
