I Ching is a classic book in Chinese history and the ideological system of it is mainly concerned with two conceptions:“Change” and “Unchange.” Simply speaking, the “Change” section is Holism which means the concept of viewing the situation as a whole. A slight move in one part may affect the whole situation so this concept is highly emphasized and, most importantly, what should be changed and what shouldn’t be? On the other hand, the unchanged section is about the values of sticking to justness. It sounds like an out-of-date notion but, in fact, it is identical with the most emphasized theory in management field, ethical management. This research conducted case study to diagnose the status quo of three Taiwanese enterprises, Foxconn, FTC and ABIT. The author built up a framework and divided the six Lines of a Diagram into executiveness, strategy, competitiveness of product, organizational identity, business environment, and macro-environment.
