The enterprises, particularly between central manufactories and their subcontractors, are enthusiastic about developing the green activities in order to promote the competitive in a supply chain. Therefore how to effectively share green experience and knowledge between organizations in a supply chain has become an important issue. After reviewing the related literatures, we found that most researches have placed the coopetition relation and some factors that influenced the knowledge sharing behaviors in the same layer to discuss the knowledge sharing between organizations. However, because of the coopetition relation with each other, the organizations, having shared values and considering knowledge sharing as an important thing, might diminish their behaviors of publicly sharing knowledge and cause the paradox of knowledge sharing further. Besides, opportunistic behaviors will increase the competitiveness between each other and impede knowledge sharing behaviors between organizations. Due to above-mentioned reasons, the factor coopetition relation is viewed as a medium factor influencing the behavior of knowledge sharing between organizations. In this thesis, we taken the central manufacturers and their subcontractors in green supply chain as an example, and discussed other factors that simultaneously directly or indirectly influence the behaviors of knowledge sharing between organizations. Besides, some additional factors, merely having an impact on the coopetition relation or knowledge sharing behaviors between organizations, are taken into account for the completeness of this research structure. The structural equation model was used to analyze survey data collected from 144 respondents with ISO14001 certification in the top 1000 manufacturers. The results showed that coopetition relation is indeed an independent medium factor. It positively affected knowledge sharing behaviors between organizations. The factors participation, communication, and opportunistic behavior are the major factors which have both significantly direct and indirect influence on knowledge sharing behaviors between organizations, whereas the paradox of shared values has no significant effect. Additionally, the factor power has significant influence on the interorganizational coopetition relation, and the factor resource fitness has significant influence on interorganizational knowledge sharing behaviors. Implications for both coopetition relation and knowledge sharing behaviors between organizations are discussed. Jao-Hong Cheng 陳昭宏 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 67 zh-TW |
