Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊工程研究所 === 93 === In this dissertation, we propose a practical e-voting system consisting of three roles: Voters, Authentication Center, and Tallying Centers and proceeding to three phases: register phase, voting phase, and tallying phase. In the register phase, the voter cooperates with Authentication Center to generate a collision-free anonymous identity instead of voter’s real identity to protect the voter’s privacy and prevent from double-voting. In addition, a simple and efficient way is proposed to encrypt the ballot. Only the designated Tallying Centers can cooperate to restore a ballot to enforce the fairness property that no one can learn the voting outcome before the tally. In summary, we propose a collision-free anonymous identity technique and apply it to an e-voting system. We also implement the system and show that the proposed system satisfies eight properties: eligibility, integrity, anonymity, fairness, un-reusability, mobility, verifiability, and practicability.
