Therefore, cooperate with the Taiwan Companies to enter the China Market for seeking the equal and mutually beneficial has been a brand new entry model, and this extremely will be a possibility becoming the best strategy for the Japanese affiliated firms in Taiwan and the parent companies toward being global enterprise. Japanese parent companies amply make use of the advantage of its Taiwanese affiliated firms to shorten the cultural gap and to raise the technical level, in order to achieve the final goal of entering China Market. The Japanese Enterprises were used to have a lofty attitude toward Taiwan in the past, but now, they have been thrown the attitude away and co-work with their affiliated firms in Taiwan in order to win success in China Market. The cooperative relationship between Japan and Taiwan has been turned into a new age. This research use case study method to analyze the Japanese affiliated firms in Taiwan which enter China Market by joint venture with their Japanese parent companies, investigate what causes may affect the joint venture and the influence of the role changing. By sorting and put the interview data in order, it comes out that some factors may cause the influence of entering China market by joint venture of each other; they might be the change of environments, the level of the trust from the Japanese parent companies, and how important the Japanese affiliated firms in Taiwan are, and the types of joint venture will also influence upon the new strategy position for the Japanese affiliated firms in Taiwan. The main results of this research are as follows: 1. Japanese affiliated firms in Taiwan must abandon the traditional concept that the Japanese parent companies has the power to direct everything, instead, use their competitive advantages and bring up the strategy of operation to greatly elevate their own positions in the business and their importance. 2. To avoid being substituted by the rising China market, Japanese affiliated firms in Taiwan must use their unique competitive advantages to take the initiative in bringing up cooperate strategy of entering the China market by joint venture, and this will help elevate their importance. Japanese affiliated firms in Taiwan can even elevate their importance while entering the China market by joint venture if they already have capabilities of developing new products. 3. The success of entering the China market by the Japanese affiliated firms in Taiwan and its Japanese parent companies is based on the trust to each other. 4. Due to the unique competitive advantages from longtime cooperating with their Japanese parent companies, Japanese affiliated firms in Taiwan earn the trust from their Japanese parent companies and this will help them change into an equal relationship of cooperating from the evacuation of investment.
