Therefore, supply chain management (SCM) becomes the basis of any profit pursuing business. Transportation cost is rough and simple in current supply chain environment researches. This research presented a the realistic and complex transportation scenario in which vehicle loading, transportation distance, selection route selection and lead times are included.. This research concludes that the increasing transportation cost is subsequent by the increasing scale of supply chain in traditional supply chain model. However, when we increase the lead times constraints, the complex model’s transportation costs are increased significantly and the cost increased rate is decreased. Once we increase the vehicle loading constraints, the complex model’s transportation cost keep increasing with fixed rate. Otherwise, in VRP supply chain model, the rate of complex model’s transportation cost, which is caused by lead times constraint, with traditional transportation cost is decreasing when numbers of suppliers are decreased. The rate of complex model’s transportation cost in which is caused by increasing vehicle loading with traditional transportation cost is decreasing slowly.
