Got appropriate education, they will show big and powerful latent capacity, even though learning disability be lifelong.
A Teaching Portfolio System has been designed and developed for Chinese study, and the functional framework of the Teaching Portfolio System has been built in this study. As an assessment instrument, the Teaching Portfolio System is used to assist teachers and students in evaluating and exploring the students’ learning process and outcomes.
