To have one or more difficulties in listening, saying, reading, writing and calculating, children induce learning disability in some problems. Because learning disability’s child has not different with others, most parents and teachers regard those children as not hard, not diligent, not obedient in learning. Got appropriate education, they will show big and powerful latent capacity, even though learning disability be lifelong. A Teaching Portfolio System has been designed and developed for Chinese study, and the functional framework of the Teaching Portfolio System has been built in this study. As an assessment instrument, the Teaching Portfolio System is used to assist teachers and students in evaluating and exploring the students’ learning process and outcomes. By literature discussion, analyzes the function structure of a teaching portfolio system. For needed to teach learning disabilites child. Chinese remediable teaching is a long-trem teaching strategy., this overhead construction melt into the action research the strategy, and adopt the model establishes the law design and really makes the teaching portfolio system. However, in order to prove foundation of overhead construction this system is specifically feasible, this system first take the elementary school teachers as an object, carries on the questionnaire survey, completes on in front of this system comprehensive line the preliminary system appraisal work.
