Summary: | 碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 93 === Air cargo terminal is the key point in the airfreight market, whose business development is correlated with the amount of the goods of air transport directly. Indirectly for Air cargo warehousing established beneficial operation niche. It is the most important topic in the current research to inspect and evaluate the performance of the domestic Air cargo warehousing, in order to help manager discover problems in managing, and then promote advantage and competition.
Before the performance evaluation, it is important to select carefully to the indicators of the evaluation. The DEA documents in the past, the variables of input and output were chosen subjectively so that it causes error and conflicting analysis. This study applies Grey Relation analysis to select representative indicators as DEA input and output variables in order to make efficient analysis. Moreover, the basis of inconsistence characteristic in production and marketing strategy in carrying trade. This study set up revised two-stage performances evaluation model, which includes efficiency and effectiveness. This model can be not only used to evaluate the efficiency of resources utilization in industry but also to understand the effect of output utilization. According to the result, administrators can adjust operational strategic by the information of the input and output.
The result shows:
(1) 10 representative indicators were selected from 32 initial evaluation indicators. Of those, 2 was belonged to the production aspect, 3 was belonged to the marketing aspect, and 4 was belonged to the execution aspect.
(2) In Taiwan Air Cargo Terminal, it was presented relatively efficient in both efficiency and effectiveness stage in 89、 91 years. In Everterminal and Far Glory Air Cargo terminal was presented simple efficiency in effectiveness stage during 90-91 years, other years relatively efficient smaller than 1. We propose that industry should revise its operation policy to promote cooperative operation efficiency.
