This program can significantly reduce the working hours, cost, as well as can increase the accuracy of the result of calculation. The calculating methods, parameter set-up and formulating procedure of the capacity of the grounding system and the DC control power source are discussed in details in this thesis. It is also presented the relationship between the allowance and actual value of grounding step voltage, touch voltage, and mesh voltage. In addition, the key points of design of battery set and charger of the DC control power source system are illustrated step by step.
