Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 應用數學研究所 === 93 === We introduce the notion of subcell resolution, which is based on the observation that is unlike point values, cell-averages of a discontinuous piecewise-smooth function containing information about the exact location of the discontinuous within the cell. In this article, we also compare high order resolution numerical schemes (TVD2, TVB2, ENO2, ENO3, etc.) and these schemes with subcell resolution. We will observe that subcell resolution can improve accuracy of these schemes and have effect on the contact discontinuity.
