碩士 === 臺北巿立體育學院 === 運動科學研究所 === 93 === The main purposes of this study were to investigate the satisfaction at environments of the athletes in substitutive and replacement service, to compare the difference of the satisfactions among the demographics, and to provide convincing suggestions with the results of this study. The subjects of this study were the 205 athletes in substitutive and replacement service in 2004, surveyed with the reedited 「The questionnaire of satisfaction of training in competitive athletes in substitutive and replacement service」. All the questionnaires returned and 203 of them were valid. Through the analysis and discussion, the conclusions of this study were listed as follow: 1. The overall satisfaction at training environments was generally good within the highest scores at the relationships among teammates and lowest at training programs. 2. The longer the athlete enter these services, the lower their satisfaction. 3. The satisfaction of the athletes in the individual ball game sports wsa higher than both of the athletes in the team ball game sports and objective sports. 4. Athletes training in the National Sport Training Center had higher satisfaction, regardless of the sports and the availability of full-time coaches. 5. The most common reason for the athletes to choose the substitutive and replacement service was to continue being athletes, while more than 30% athletes with the reasons of 「No specific reason」or 「Do not want to take the general military service」 and more than 50% athletes unwilling to train after finishing their military service.
