Community empowerment is considered as the best way to develop residents’ independent judgment and consciousness. It also reinforces the importance of community empowerment. Above all, executing community empowerment to students and developing their self aware system is schools’ unshakeable responsibility. After all, schools are the foundation of citizenship education. However, the idea of participating is speedily popularized. By the experiences of promoting and deep going, from participatory plan、participatory design、participatory construction to the maintaining of environment. All these detailed process of participating result to a lot of influences. Professionals start to meet problems of professional executing style. With also the influences from other participators, professionals reach a deep level issue of professional practicing. The purpose and content of this research is that in the presupposition of emphasizing participation, from the process of sustainability campus partial reform program in Ju-Men Elementary School. We promoted the idea of participatory construction in campus. We also like to discuss the enlightenment and influences from the professionals through the real actions. One side, we proposed the possibility to adjust or change professional role and skills, providing suggestions of professional practicing to professionals in community empowering process. On the other side, under the changing of professional role and skills, we provided the participating opportunities to discuss the influences of participator. From those influences, we reconsider the possibility of uplifting the professional practicing, confirmed the contribution of professionals during the practicing process and uplift the efficiency and influences. 曾旭正 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 163 zh-TW
