Because the system provides the recoding function of user behavior of the learners, this study adopts Witkin inventory, Kolb inventory, Felder-Silverman inventory to analyze the difference of network behaviors which are composed of viewing concise workpiece , viewing detail and full workpiece, publishing workpiece, searching, on-line peer assessment, on-line voting and file management. The subjects in this study are 154 sixth grader in elementary school in Taipei who make use of the system in the art and culture domain in seven months. Based on the approach of Instructional System Design, this study designs and implements a customizable web-based learning portfolio system(CWLPS for short). According to the result of the system evaluation and user interview, the study makes a conclusion as follows. (1) CWLPS provides friendly and complete function for learning portfolio management, (2) CWLPS is useful in instruction and learning . The analysis result of the network behavior difference is showing as follows. (1) There is no significant difference of network behavior in different cognitive style according to Witkin inventory. (2) There is no significant difference of network behavior in different learning style according to Kolb inventory. (3)Based on Felder-Silverman inventory , most of the network behavior have significant different in different learning style. It indicated that different learning style of the students have different usage pattern and prejudice. If the on-line learning system can support different learning approaches for different learning style of the students, it will facilitate the learning study on-line and promote their learning effect.
