However, there are problems regarding the usability and accessibility of instructional resources produced by such technology. Technology alone may not win learner acceptance and how the user experiences the end product is the key to acceptance. And that is where User Interface Design enters the design process. The purpose of this study focused on the design of courseware and curriculum design for the “Interface design” course. Major objectives included: (1) analyzed and developed curriculum for web-based course “interface design”, (2) applied instructional design model to design, develop and evaluate “interface design” courseware. Review of literature of this study focused on “e-learning”, “web-based curriculum development”, “courseware design and development”, and “principles of web-based interface design”. Every units of the course were analyzed and designed according to the literature review. “Blackboard” web-based learning management system was chosen as the developing tool to design and develop “Interface design” courseware.
