Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 土木工程學系碩士班 === 93 === The purposes of the study are 1.to modify or improve the make or buy decision strategy of steel frame construction.2.the construction industry obtains more profits and promotes competitive advantages in make or buy decision. The study adopts case-study methodology to analyze data of the categories of steel plates, the purchase system of CSC steel plates, effects of price fluctuation for steel plates cost, steel manufacture process.
There are seven conclusions in the study as follows: (1).The construction industry can increase profits and competitive advantages with make or buy decision. (2). The steel plate is the majority in the cost of steel frame construction. The more variation of steel price, the higher risk of the make or buy decision, the rate of a profit of construction company is uncertain. (3) The employees of the construction industry need to have new attitude in the steel frame construction strategy. (4).With RH substituted for BH, the construction industry can reduce cost. (5).In three cases ,the reduced cost rate ( the steel construction /total cost) is 6.1%、1.06 %及2.1%. Compared to market cost, the rate of reduced total cost is 21.7%、3.62%及15.8%。(6). In SRC case study, 64% RH substituted for BH is higher than other construction of 15%~20%.(7).With the SWOT of Weihrich, to establish the SWOT matrix of the steel frame construction strategy.
