The different transportation modes in global logistics issues follow the different business models and properties of products. This research would like to discuss sea transportation and air transportation that occupy an important position in international logistics. According to properties of transportation modes, this research will develop a decision making model for global distribution. This research divided the transportation logistics decision support system into three stages. The first stage is carrier selection module, to decide the priority of carriers and the appropriate partners by means of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The second stage is order management module, to combine orders with the same three conditions. They are trade term, shipment time and destination. The third stage is consolidation decision-making and route choice module, to deal with the groups of orders from the second stage to allot orders to different carriers and flights. The different transport rates and structures follow different flights type and carriers. The shippers consider not only transport cost but also inventory cost because of global layout of enterprises. This module would consider two kinds of costs simultaneously, and then find the minimum total cost. An object of study in this research is information technology industry in Taiwan. This research will discuss transportation logistics decision-making model in global logistics management. The contributions of this research will bring up the international cargo transportation decision-making model for the enterprises in global logistics model. 陳銘崑 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 122 zh-TW
