The circuit application focus on design of RF-DC Power Converter and 915 MHz Frequency Doubler, RF-DC Power Converter can be used in Detector and RFID Tag IC by transfer 915 MHz frequency power to DC voltage, moreover, Frequency Multiplication often use the nonlinear properties of nonlinear device ,which can offer a stable and low noise RF signal in some application of communication system and the input signal often come from the very stable signal, like Crystal Oscillator, then extraction the wanted frequency, filtering the other harmonic frequencies. In the last chapter, we will design and discuss Hairpin Bandpass Filter, which can more suppress the harmonic frequency we don’t want in the frequency doubler.
