Due to the growth of economic prosperity, the vehicle sales amount increases to 500,000 units per year. The accumulated customers are respectable accordingly. Moreover, technologies are also developed rapidly for the time being. Since the products of cutting edge technology were applied to automobiles, both creating an optimum technical training system for service workshops and nurturing technicians with highly technical skills in order to satisfy the request from customers are necessary.The features of this developed training system are as follows, 1. According to service capacity of workshops, this system could allocate the different levels of technicians for the purposes of reducing training cost and satisfying the request from customers. 2. The training hours for each level of technicians are increased so that technicians have more time to learn new skills. 3. The training methods focus on practical training in site for the purpose of enhancing training performance. 4. According to the different jobs assignment in service workshops, this system could classify the different levels of technicians. It’s easier to make use of human resource. 5. The developed training system is good for the training of master technicians. Based on this research, the results show the developed training system could save NT$ 0.37 billions and also save 1,235 training hours per 10 persons for nurturing technicians in comparison with old conventional training system.
