In order to reduce the cost of labors to gain more competitive advantages, enterprises try to use the " flexible human resource strategies", which means hiring atypical employment to achieve their purposes. However, hiring employing atypical employment will changes some characteristics of working environment, which may results in certain impact on psychology of regular workers. It may even changes their attitude and behavior on the work extremely. The paper focus on bank staff in a qualitative way, attempting to understand whether the regular workers will be influenced by atypical employment or not. The results are summarized as follows: 1、Regular workers can realize the atypical-employee-hiring strategies from a company in a certain degree. 2、The regular workers experience the pressure caused by atypical employment's positive attitudes. 3、Regular workers feel the critical awareness because of the work overlapping with atypical employment. 4、Because the company employs more and more atypical employment, the regular workers start to distrust the company. Moreover, it may influence the planning of the duty in the future. 5、The main reasons to influence the regular workers' performance lies in "the system that company hires atypical employment itself ", not in atypical employment. 6、Regular workers will enrich themselves to stabilize their jobs, and they will go to the other departments even companies if there are some proper opportunities.
