There is a lot of volunteer service, due to the sickness demand and the service, the ornamental hairpin hospital starts and massively is engaged in the hospital using the wish service personnel in the hospital the wish service work, which is similar to other domains the will labor plan to be same, also gradually develops for specialized. In the healing institute has the management will labor the sole responsibility personnel (usually means society ministry of public works personnel), formulates set of management rules for the medical will labor, perhaps in accordance to the will labor demand, regularly handles the will labor education and training, enables the will worker strength resources to display its potency, also causes the wish service the connotation and the quality promotion. "The medical service" is the hospital essence, which is included medical will labor human resources, the crowd relate also contains, if the hospital can remember the labor to do the effective utilization and the good management pattern, not only may promote the hospital the medical service quality, but also the overall citizen society's image also has certain being of help to will labor itself. This research takes the hospital will labor as the main research object, the total sample several 1,127 people, will use all measured the way will provide asks the volume, the recycling effectively will ask volume 281, the returns-ratio 24.93 ﹪. After the statistical analysis confirmation result, the main research discovered that, 1.
