Recent years, owing to the prosperity and recession of personal computer, the selling price and profit of computer keyboard are also fluctuated. It causes the domestic keyboard production one of the highly concentrated labor industries. Many manufacturers of computer keyboard transfer their factories to Mainland China or southeastern Asia countries due to various factors such as, employees’ salary, factory building and land so on, and that is why domestic computer keyboard industry has rapidly slumped since 2000. The development of new computer input method is still under construction, therefore how to promote domestic computer keyboard industry and create another value are an important matter. The research undertake notebook keyboard and confer the problems of pull force structure design problems. To understand what is the contradiction of structure design and the produce difficulties to engineers when they are creating a new standard, by interviewing experts to clarify:First、the motion mode: the direction of pull force and assembly is contrary. Second、structure design: the relationship between propulsion and reaction. Third、the produce mode: to keep the substance completely and the size exactly so on three contradiction problems. To analyze conflicting problems and bring up the concepts to solve the problem via TRIZ, It apply Segmentation、Extraction、Local quality、and Prior counteraction so on in the measures of forty rules of TRIZ. The produce mode analyzing is by using Cushion in advance、Equipotentiality、and Feedback and so on in theory. Finally, use experiments to test and verify the solved concept that has been analyzed. First: Hook structure should have Cushion in advance、Equipotentiality, Feedback、Prior counteraction qualities. Second: the part of structure design should pay attention to the length of neck, the dimension of mouth, and against out of shape hook structure design. Third: In order to keep hook structure integrity, engineers should choose non-force of separating tooling of production. The realistic numerical analysis of pull force proof is consistent to the required standard. Implement TRIZ to improve the pull force quality of notebook keyboard, and to cater new requirements of industry, and to be a reference for industry, government, and academy are the contributions.
