Description
Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 工業工程與經營資訊學系 === 93 === The investment in research and development activities determine how the industry has been transcended, strengthened, innovated, therefore, constructs the research and development capabilities has promotes an enterprise organization capability quite important. This research is according to the “capability-building competition theory” from Fujimoto Takahiro. It aims to inspect the bicycle industry who demonstrated an outstanding performance, Giant, and how it constructs the research and development capabilities in its enterprise developing process. The discussion is divided into two parts, grows out of nothing including the R&D capability creates in the emergence process, as well as how following improves and the evolution in the retention process. Result of the empirical analysis, this research discovery in the middle of the Giant history which the R&D organization capability constructs, at least forms three kind of R&D organization capability, including, “persisted the bicycle quality the foundation research and development”, “the improvement bicycle material quality technical research and development” and “the guidance bicycle tendency innovation research and development”, under these three kind of R&D organization capability construction, Giant unceasingly continues the repeatedly improvement and evolution, passes through the long time experience accumulation, gradually forms the Giant itself unique routine R&D mechanism.
