Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺中健康暨管理學院 === 經營管理研究所 === 93 === The purpose of this research is based on the Diamond model of Michael Porter discussing how Preschool Education Industry upgrades the competitive advantage in global competition and offers a model for the runners to follow when making strategies. To achieve the goal that I mention in the last paragraph, the evaluation of the research is based on the profession and experience of experts and scholars. It begins with the related conditions and follows the assessment principles. Then after the analysis of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the consequence that I found is as follows: A) According to “Factor Conditions”, the experts argue that all teachers need to develop the appropriate professional knowledge and teaching skills. B) According to “Demand Conditions”, the experts argue that hiring Native English teachers or ESL teachers to teach English is encouraged. C) According to “Related Supporting Industries”, the experts argue that the industry should cooperate with universities. D) According to “Firm Strategy, Structure, and Rivalry”, the experts argue that the concept of customer services should always play an important role in the education field. E) According to “The Role of Government and Chance”, the experts argue that giving preschool educational vouchers is the most important of all. Based on my research, I have made the following recommendations: A) To adapt to support local teachers’ professional growth. B) To improve employees’ welfare benefits. C) To integrate the government’s policies and make sure they meet the industries’ needs. D) To train ESL teachers. E) To reduce the welfare difference between private schools and public schools.
