In the research discovered the gene structure certainly is not the sole simple pattern, that is possibly more complex than the imagination. The complex gene structure possibly has the different protein then influence organization. Present paper use Large-Scale ESTs that alignment to Genome. Gene Structure is assembled that analysis those information of EST. We evaluate those Gene Structure, and choose possibility Gene structure by Score Matrix. Gene Structure is show EXON and Intorn, which report Promoter, Polyadenylation Tail, 5' Untranslated Region, 3' Untranslated Region and open reading frame.
