They would find many paper draft materials and files are being piled up on the desk and even some of their own manuscripts are mixed among them just a few weeks. After finding no time to put them in order、they would throw the papers into the drawers. Although information science and technology in no paper has new application software、it can be managed that the files can become the files in computer and we can read and correspond the original papers with computers. In addition、it can let the desks become clean.
There is a famous Chinese proverb goes 「Three bad smell cobbler more than first Zhu Ge-liang」. knowledge management by using systems、logical process and methods combined with information science and technology channeled into enterprises extended fast.
Post-OCR Data Analysis and Graphic File Management hopes that after scanning the paper draft materials and to store them in the computer,it can do the information analysis、files and acquirements. To join knowledge estimate to make good files have priority to be read and for reference、it can be a complete knowledge base.
