Technology has become an increasingly important issue, especially when the interactions that new modern technological media bring have become stronger and stronger, in addition to the fact that multimedia and computer networks are considered as helpful learning tools which facilitate learning processes. The main purpose of the study was to obtain a better understanding of all diverse dimensions about the quality factors of Learning Management System (LMS) that users pay attention to through investigating LMS users’ effectiveness. In addition, this study examined LMS users’ satisfaction as well as analyzed the relationships among the contents of e-learning, personal attributes, and users’ satisfaction. The results of the present study will contribute to E-learning program providers for future E-learning website development.
