The pretest-posttest nonequivalent group design was adopted. Two random classes of 9th grade students instructed by the researcher were selected to participate in this study. Thirty-six students were assigned to the experimental group instructed by Instructional Computer Medium Method , and thirty-five students as the control group who were instructed by traditional lecture method. This study had been proceeding for twenty-two lessons based on applying instructional computer medium to the triangle of dynamic geometry. The quantitative analysis was emphasized in this study, and the data were analyzed by using the analysis of covariance. The results of it were listed as following: 1. At the unit 1 of triangle: The experimental group’s scores were significantly higher than the control group’s(p<.05) when pretest scores below seventy scores. It showed that the positive effectiveness of the Instructional Computer Medium Method. 2. At the unit 2 and unit 3 of triangle: The two groups’ scores were not significantly differences(p>.05). Finally, some suggestions were offered for the improvement of instructional materials and pedagogy in mathematics as well as some recommendations for future researches.
