By using in the semiconductor process regulation the etching technology and the metal thin-film technology;therefore, may able to make microwave integrated circuit, and it microwave integrated circuit, so it has advantage in miniaturization. Also, it is able to accumulates between the general semiconductor solid state component and integrated circuit; moreover, the electric circuit quality and the precision is very high. This band-pass filter will be the 2.4GHz frequency band may apply in the short-term fast growth in the wireless communication domain.
