| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 93 === With the rapid development of information and communications technology, the government actively boost the e-government plan, employing information and communications technology in support of integrating all information work to improve administrative efficiency, and raise the quality of public service. The aim is to integrate the interagency process of administrative information work, to improve the government reform, and step into a e-government, a digitalized government. E-official document is one of OA system, including document management, typing management, computerized work process of official document data delivery & reception and so forth. The ultimate aim is to achieve an exact, rapid official document administration. The government has promoted e-official document for more than one year, however, we could still discuss the actual administration effectiveness. Therefore, the research intends to realize the present e-official document enforcement and find out the problems, and then, submit the suggestion of improvement.
The research proceeds in a case study survey way assisted with secondary document, personnel interview and experts symposium. First, the study will administer a deep conversation with the people belonged to the government machinery. Second, we’ll proceed in collecting the questionnaire upon the scholars & experts symposium. And then, concluding an appropriate statistic analysis according to the questionnaire of the executive yuan. Finally, summarize the suggestion of the application of e-official document according to the analysis.
