In current circumstance, the export trading volume is quite important in our country. We have necessary to e-marketplace because enterprises may reduce cost in purchasing and enhance sales opportunities. There are e-Martketplaces which working in different industries in domestic markets. We can recognize the importance of e-Marketplace as the participants are increasing. In fact, to discover the business strategies to run the e-Marketplace is most remarkable points to domestic e-Marketplace enterprises. This research plans using the strategy matrix analytic method to be a tool, which is invented by Professor SeeToo Da Shien. Try to discover main point of the e-Marketplace industry strategy plan and propose the strategy plan to the e-Marketplace industry. Take the secondary data analysis and the literature analysis to introduce the value chain of the e-Marketplace industry. Then coordinate six major constructs of strategy shape and carries on thorough experts interviews by reorganizing strategy of matrix of the target company in this case study. Through strategy matrix, proceeds with the strategy analysis and discover business strategy issues of the target company. Finally, propose the suggestions.
