Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 經濟學研究所(含碩專班) === 93 === Taiwan has undergone a rapid economic growth in the past fifty years. The industrial structure has been shifted from agriculture to service industry. This research is aimed at exploring the changes in Taiwan’s industrial structure and the interdependencies among these sectors. Based on the input-out tables of 1970 to 2001, released by Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, Executive Yuan, R.O.C., this research uses the RAS method and SHAZAM software to analyze the substitution effects and fabrication effects of the industry. Our research shows that our date is from the publication of our Based on this concept, this paper, so we use, is used for analysing the changes over the last 26 years of the industrial structure of Taiwan and interdependence degree of every industry. This research shows that (1) All sectors indeed have undergone localized adjustment changes and the changes dominate the variation tendency of substitution effects. (2) Taiwan moves towards the exquisite industry development that melted gradually. (3) The manufacturing, transportation, and commercial sectors are thrived and contributed significantly to Taiwan' s economic growth since 1990. (4) Under this development trend, the service sector will dominate the economic growth of Taiwan in the future.
