The statistical data (International Telecommunications Union) publishes which according to ITU demonstrated that has risen three-fold over the past decade, the demonstration international each other exchange has formerly been closer than past time. In 1997the Federal Communication Commission ordered sharp decreases in international settlement rate for telecom traffic between the U.S and the rest of the world has initiated all quarter argument, therefore the related international telephone research, has become the international between most popular topic. Therefore this research goal, is take the global 211 countries as the research object, hoped the penetration overall economical stratification plane, the population structure , the communication telecommunication infrastructure level as well as the econometrics method, discusses the various which factors influence of international telephone outbound and inbound demand. The findings showed that influence of the international telephone demand is GDP per capita、the Gross Foreign Direct Investment amount、15-64 year of population proportion and the total population number. But the trade 、Annual telecommunication investment、Residential telephone connection charge has the influences by no means to the international telephone round trip speech.
