碩士 === 世新大學 === 傳播管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 93 === The distance education carried on through the penetration network can assist traditional teaching on its insufficiency, and it even has become another field with better function and facilities. Moreover, through e-Learning school can not only reuse current educational resource but also enable more learners to share the information. Platform of e-Learning is the based on that. It has to be evaluated every related factor while the university want to find the best way to build e-Learning. The study is to point on the established work of e-Learning’s platform of university. The purpose of this study is to find out how to establish methods, resources and related factors of e-Learning. The way is to use e-mail to inquire the chief or someone who manages e-Learning at school. After we get the analysis of those questions, we can analyze the situation of e-Learning of university. We also find factors which affect establishing methods and resources, and to compare resources on the different establish methods. The study to obtain the final conclusion will provide schools or cooperates with useful references when they are to establish platform of e-Learning.
