Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 行政管理學研究所(含博、碩專班) === 93 === The objects of this study are to know if the military instructors in Taipei colleges that subordinate to Department of Military Training Education would affected by their leaders’ transformation leadership, and know their work morale and work motivation. Then, explore the interrelationship among the three characters.
The objects are:
1. Investigate the leadership styles of the leaders of the military Instructors in Taipei colleges that subordinate to Department of Military Training Education.
2. Investigate the military Instructors’ morale in Taipei colleges that subordinate to Department of Military Training Education.
3. Investigate the military Instructors’ work motivation in Taipei colleges that subordinate to Department of Military Training Education.
4. Explore the relationship between the leadership styles of military Instructors’ leaders and their subordinates’ morale in Taipei colleges that subordinate to Department of Military Training Education.
5. Explore the relationship between military Instructors’ work motivation and their morale in Taipei colleges that subordinate to Department of Military Training Education.
6. Based on the findings of the researcher, some suggestions are offered for the leaders of the military Instructors in Taipei colleges that subordinate to Department of Military Training Education. It helps to promote the military Instructors’ morale and offered as references for the Department of Military Training Education evaluating other school’s leader.
The hypotheses of this research are:
�� There are significant differences between population statistics variables and the variables in this research.
�� There are relations among variables, and consequence resulted from variables.
Factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, T-test & one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis and cluster analysis were used in this research.
Here are six major findings of the research:
1. There is a significant difference between the transformation leadership of the leaders of the military Instructors and their subordinates who has different background.
2. There is a significant difference between the morale of the Military Instructor who has different background.
3. There is a significant difference between work motivation of the Military Instructor who has different background.
4. There is a positive correlation between leaders’ transformation leadership and their subordinates’ morale.
5. There is a positive correlation between work motivation and morale.
6. There is a positive correlation between transformation leadership and work motivation.
For the conclusions above, this study provides recommendations for the educational administration agencies, Military Instructor leaders as well as future researchers.
