It is not our minds, and it is not our bodies, although our bodies and minds are expressions of it. It is our spirit, the source of all power. The power of spirit has from within itself pulled forth the whole universe, and the power that has created the whole universe is within us. Spirit is one, it is whole, and it is infinite. Its potential is unimaginable”. The Research objects was the grades of sergeant and soldier of unit. In order to distinguish relevant concept and definition, this purpose that carried on deeper research to spiritual fighting capacity set up the key element and built the whole function model which constructed spiritual fighting capacity. This research with the questionnaire which the researcher developed by oneself in the course of studying that regarded questionnaire investigation way to verify the source of the materials with the concept of energy in physics. The idea which combined with department's border passed the analytical technology of the structure equation modeling (SEM ), from the proving confirmatory factor analysis (CFA ) and analysis of the path analysis. It proved the key element which this research institute put forward and constructed considering the operation model of whole spiritual fighting capacity. The result of research were: 1.The sergeant and soldier are not in the whole question sheet is inclined to different; 2.The key element of spiritual fighting capacity that can be thick outside the soldier’s virtue which set forth one's views for Chinese tradition. It is relevant and absolute with the function that the leader produced. This research is combined and being called the six key elements: and the leadership-power that can be altogether; 3.The whole route model which were synthesized by the inherent of personality (the intelligence-power, the believing-power, the charity-power, the brave-power, the legality-power capacity modeling), external priming modeling (it guided via the function of leadership that caused personal five major key elements to be direct and the indirect spiritual fighting capacity model.), and feedback modeling (The spiritual-power capacity produced that revised individual inherent in five major key element level of energy to feedback by way of the energy of leadership. ) Three major ways all have the good one that is worthy of commenting the ancient bronze mirror rightly in this research that showed the fit evaluation and result degree rightly well. The result of study of this research had offered the leader, military education, general school education, reference of combined services force, psychology warfare and workers of information warfare that improved the whole people's spiritual fighting capacity energy of national defense and psychology warfare ability to attack and defense.
