It was not only reflected Asian wanted to strive for fairness and self-strengthening from imperialism,but also make up a modern, cooperant and united confederacy by fairness. ASEAN(The Association of Southeast Asian Nations)is the first regional organization in Asia. Since ASEAN(The Association of Southeast Asian Nations)was organized in 1967,this unique regional organization in Asia Pacific has experienced different internal and external threats several times, but still survives now and gradually plays important roles inthe international society and become the most important center in the world. The purpose of this research is to oversee the development of the ASEAN and study the effect after the enlargement of the ASEAN through the approach of the Theory of Integration.
