This research adopts qualitative methodology.It is to explore the employment's dilemma and revive-and-Hold of cultural of aboriginal youths' ethnic. The improvement problems of employment by strengthen the voluntary military service system, and help the aboriginal ethnic to keep the cultural. The results of the research made the following suggestions from the keep the cultural of aboriginal ethnic.
The findings were as follows:
1.To understand employment's dilemma of aboriginal youths' ethnic.
2.To understand the relation of cultural of aboriginal ethnic and
youths.
3.To understand the relation which to improve problems of aboriginal
ethnic' cultural and economical.
